Return & Cancellation Policy

We’re sorry to hear you’re not completely satisfied with your order — at Elira Boutique, we aim to make the return process as smooth as possible.

Return Policy

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our return center is located in Asia, so international return shipping fees may apply. These typically range between 15 AUD and 35 AUD depending on your location.

We recommend using a Track & Trace shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Follow these 3 simple steps to return your item:

Step 1: Contact Us
Send an email to info@eliraboutique.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide the return instructions.

Step 2: Ship Your Package
Once you've received the return address from us, send the item using a tracked shipping method. As the sender, you are responsible for the return — so a traceable shipping option is strongly recommended.

Step 3: Get Your Refund
Once we’ve received your return in good condition, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, please note that all orders are final once placed and cannot be canceled. If you’ve already placed an order but would like to return it after receiving it, please refer to our return process above.


Important Notes:

  • Returned items must be in original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

  • Items must not show any signs of use, wear, or damage.

  • Returns that do not meet our policy may be refused.

  • All returns must be shipped to our central return warehouse in Asia, at the customer’s expense.
